At Get Up N Go Solutions, We strive to provide a seamless and profitable experience for our renters. To ensure the best service and maintain the quality of our vehicles, please adhere to the following policies during your rental period. Your cooperation helps us offer reliable and well-maintained cars for rideshare and food delivery services.
1. No Smoking:
Smoking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited. If there are any sign or evidence of smoking your security deposit will be revoked.
2. Geographic Restrictions:
The vehicle is not allowed outside of the state of Colorado. The vehicle is only allowed within this county and surrounding counties. (It depends to country where you’re operating in.) Unless approved by company.
3. Intended Use:
The vehicle is rental exclusively for rideshare apps and personal use but Not for vacation purposes. Vehicle must stay in Colorado State Lines unless approved by company.
4. Return Location:
The vehicle must be returned to the exact location from which it was picked up by 7:30pm on Due date NO Exceptions. Unless you have Signed a updated rental agreement
5. Condition Upon Return:
Return the vehicle with the gas hand on the same level and the vehicle cleaned in the same condition as it was first rented to you.
6. Maintenance and Repairs:
No working on or replacing any parts of the vehicle is allowed. Contact us if any issues arise, and we will provide assistance.
7. Processing your Payment:
Please ensure that the card you’re using is registered under your name. Processing your payment with a card that is not under your name is strictly prohibited.
8. Payments:
Ensure that your payments are made on time to avoid late fee. Delayed payments may result in the termination of your rental agreement and reallocation of the vehicle to another renter. Payments are due no later than 7:30pm on due date. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please speak with management if there is an issue.
9. Information Collection:
If involved in an accident, obtain the other party's license plate number, driver's license information, and insurance details. If someone commits a hit and run then follow the person to take a clear photo of the license plate then pull over to a safe parking spot to contact us and we will guide you on what to do when contacting the police to file a police report.
10. Accidents:
Notify us immediately if an accident occurs. Immediately file a police report at the scene of the accident. (On the police report, do not say that you are doing rideshare or food delivery. State that this is a rental and you were only running some errands).
11. Agreement Signing:
Always sign your rental agreement in the same way you sign your Driver's License. Do not use initial or abbreviated signatures.
